“ Whenever I go to Ft. Wayne for groceries, I love going to Casa Grande in Northwood Plaza for lunch. I also like to order takeout at the same time for additional meals during the week. Takeout meals are put in round aluminum containers with lids, a bag of tortilla chips, and containers of red salsa and white sauce. Today for lunch enjoyed the chicken/onions/green peppers fajitas with 3 warm flour tortillas wrapped in foil, and their delicious rice. When you are seated, you are served a basket of warm tortilla chips and an 8-ounce bottle of very flavorful salsa. I just love that the chips are served warm to enhance the flavor! For my 2 takeout meals, I ordered the seafood and crab Burrito Acapulco with rice and the shrimp and pineapple burrito San Cabos. Each came in its own bag with a bag of tortilla chips and a container of red salsa and white sauce. I also bought an extra 16-ounce container of the salsa for 4 because it is just so good! Service is excellent and very helpful with the menu choices. The lunch choices are very reasonably priced at about 8. Many of the dinner sizes meals are only 15-20. ”
“ Wish I didn't have to do this...we are frequent flyers when our work season starts and today's visit was absolutely the worst we've have. Not only did the server put my plate of sizzling fajitas down right below my finger to where I burned it but the Texas premium margaritas were made with the classic mix and no asking of specified tequila. We asked for Don Julio Texas premium and we're given classic margaritas with an additional charge of our Don Julio shots. Also,she gave no extra napkins,suggested specials, served wrong sides as well as just inattentive. We sat at the bar like usual NC we usually get great service.today was the worst experience we've had and still a 70 bill. Honestly my husband wouldn't even drink the margarita he was served so I did bc we were charged for it and our server and manager on duty seemed to not care about making it right. We love this place and usually recommend it to all of our friends but this will no longer be our daytime lunch spot. SLACKER BARTENDER, MANAGER WAS CLEARLY NOT MANAGING, NO MUSIC, INCORRECT ORDERS, AND BATHROOMS WERE ALSO DIRTY. This place is not the same without Daza or his workers when he's on duty. Not playing favorites just seeing and expressing how it is almost everytime he's not working. This is however,the first time it's been bad enough to post.if this quality and service doesn't improve. We for sure won't be coming back. ”
“ Another good meal at Casa Grande. Still 5 stars all around. We have always had excellent servers and tonight was no different. Rogelio was very nice, very easy to talk to, and went out of his way to make sure the order was right and we were happy. I usually get Fajitas (Shrimp or Chicken), always delicious and properly prepared (meaning, I know what I am going to get and it is always good). But my wife changes up because she says everything is good. We come here often - maybe 2 times per month, and we will continue to do so. Love it! Thanks, again! ”
